Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. hi,just wondering when u occur an injury at phase 1 like muscle rip or ankle sprain etc.... would you get discharged? even u do get discharged how does it work, like when u have recovered then just return to training or do u have to reapply and do adsc etc.. again?

If injured in service, you recover and continue, maybe a with a junior troop/platoon though.

  3. i got told when u get injured u get discharged and u have to reapply and then go back,as the fitness levels go down of not training

At the risk of being wahed by a bored arrser, that is not the case. If it's fixable, they fix it and you continue.

  5. what if its not fixable?

  6. Then you'll more than likely be discharged.

Why are you worrying about this, anyway?

Duh, then you get the boot.

    Wah.

  9. by some body who dont have a clue. and anyway if u do get discharged is that the end of training? or do u resume back to phase 1 when normal again. but doing that wont your fitness levels be crap

  10. christ you're thick.

    gotta be a WAH

  11. You get discharged its over, or a light injury may mean you starting over with another intake, or remedial or just read the answers the others have given you.
