  1. Afternoon Guys,

I am a 32yr old male who served for 5yrs in the Royal Artillery and left 7yrs ago. I have contacted the careers office reference rejoining and they have informed me I will have to start Phase 1 training again, which I dont mind too much, and may start further on in phase 1 depending on my trade preference.

I have decided to join the infantry, PWRR or Paras, but would like to know if this is wise and whether anyone has ever heard of someone doing this at 32? I have kept my fitness up while I have been out but was just wondering about being 32yrs old and starting an infantry career and promotion prospects.

    Many Thanks

  2. Thanks 3123, i'll have a search incase nothing else pops up.

    Cheers
