Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. Tony Barton makes these and casts them in white metal for 1/6th scale modellers. I have a few and they are amazing. Obviously, being 1/6th scale, they are tiny!

  2. Tony is a modelling god - his knowledge of various eras is amazing.

Maybe that's why he's been consulted for various documentaries? :D

Maybe I'm biased as he moulded a 1/6 Jimmy for me? 8)
  3. You are 'Scaley' and I claim my £5. (I know you also have a very good CV.......)
  4. Tony Barton now has his own website up.

Apart from 1/6th scale cap badges he also makes musket kits from the 1620's to the Lee-Metford Mk I. They make really nice display pieces.

He also has a gallery of his figures up - well worth a look - https://sites.google.com/site/antheadssite/
