That’s one side complete. I’ll try and crack the other wing at the weekend. It takes bloody ages and it’s well fiddly

The spare spruce ordered from China have turned up. These were eaten by her robot hoover......

I’d hoped to get three or four hours in today but ended up being dragged along to see Joker at the flicks.

what a fcuking depressing film. Mental health. About as uplifting as slitting your own wrists and bleeding out in a hot bath and wanting to live after all.....

Anyway

neither can I....

Managed to get an hour in at lunchtime as working from home today.

These are a tad small. The one on the left has another bit to stick on and the one on the right is yet to be assembled. They are the final bits of etch to for before I spray the interior of the wings before assembly.

not stuck but just to show where I’ve got to with them. If I was doing one of these again....... I’d glue the etch wing edge pieces after assembling the wings. The instructions say do em before.

hopefully get an hour in tomorrow again

Well completely fcuked. Down with flu - the real deal. Decked at the minute.

just done this bit though

It’s not quite square but I’ll live with it as you’ll never see it

And in place. Can’t see the point really

It’s a while since I’ve painted anything, so good practice for the Wokka!!

black primer. Not using Halfords finest having discovered this. It’s a better base coat I think

Few bits to do on the interior so I’ve had to open it up. What an utter twat that was...
