Established in 2001 by former crab and TA scaley Buckfast Felize, Triple Canapé started off as a simple marquee hire business based in the market town of Walton-on-the-Naze, England, before expanding in to the burgeoning (big fat) pikey wedding industry. Initially supplying buffet snacks and condiments, the company ballooned into the international operation it is today.

Staffed entirely by highly-trained ex-ACC military chefs Triple Canapé provides integrated and focused mission-led catering support, hospitality training services, lite bites and cheesy nibbles to government agencies and multinational corporations worldwide - except Wednesday afternoons - as it’s early knock off.
