A form of Waltism which is used to describe a person who is obsessed with and lives on anything military in everyday life. They can appear to be macho, well experienced and thorough but deep down are retarded fcukwits who dont understand the difference between the battlefield and civvy street.
This condition is named after the character Eugene Tackleberry from the Police Academy movies for obvious reasons.
