Standing Tall At Gate. (According to unnamed Troop Commander)

2-8 hours of boredom, quiet and short-sightedness in order to ensure the enemy don't get too close. Includes cramping of muscles, painful feet and sleepiness whilst you Stag On.

Interestingly, despite Jack Straw removing all death penalties in this country after the 1998 European Human Rights Act, you can still be shot for falling asleep on duty. Additionally (although not completely relevant) an Officer is expected to shoot a soldier who "by his actions, endangers the lives of his fellow soldiers through his actions in a combat situation."

A little bit worrying - does this include shouting "Gooners!!!" when your Section Commander is a Spurs fan?
