Currently supplying troops for operations In Afghanistan although not always for combat missions. Cracks are starting to show in NATO with most member states refusing to send more troops to Afghanistan to help out the hard pressed Brits, Canadians, Danes and Dutch... They say its due to 'over-commitment' of their forces. Cnuts don't know the meaning of the word!

So it is that at present... only the US, Canada and the UK are undertaking combined arms missions against the Taliban. Our Eastern European allies seem fairly enthusiastic though. The Germans seem willing to do recon but not a lot more. God knows what the French are up to (and frankly who cares)! Looking back, they probably might have sent some troops from the Foreign (i.e. expendable) Legion, but the Americans ballsed that up by being a little less gracious than one needs to be to elicit co-operation from this moody (and very slightly cowardly) people.
