An expression used to express disinterest in what someone has said or is saying: e.g. Squadron Leader Tool talked extensively about how Typhoon provided a quantum leap... blah blah blah. Really? How interesting. No... please... do go on.
It can be also used as a substitute for any words that the speaker/author has forgotten or is too pig idle to look up. It is the very antithesis of buzzword usage.
