    Got to admit i quite like it in the lower divs so you dont have put up with having to go to Old Scruffard and put up with all those cocknees that do their pilgrimage up to Manchester once or twice a year for a real pint and a prawn sarnie before buying the latest club shirt and then buggering off back down to Surrey. ;)

    Remember the Woodgate/Bowyer fiasco? Woodgate's wages were revealed in court to be £7k a week - high, but (for football) not ridiculous. If he was one of the high earners you have to wonder where the money went.
