Nickname for the Rt. Dishon. Anthony Bliar MP. Also known as the Celestial Navigator and TCB. An exponent of the political world's Dead Parrot Sketch, Bliar regularly adopts the part of the shopkeeper - Iraq being the ex-parrot. Known for having a wife who doubles up as No.10's post box.
Tony is no longer our dear leader as thats finally Gordon's job. Wither Gordy turned out to be as controlling as TCB awaits to be seen. Mostly so far, Gordy prefers to run and hide under the stairs.
