Suggestions
Darth, rather than creating more label style templates why not have a go at some that improve site navigation such as the Template:Army Air Corps and Template:Prince of Wales's Division ones. These increase site usability and hopefully should mean that blank pages get added too.
Another point - you don't need to add TOCs as the software adds themselves once you get >3 headings. -- Bad CO 20:54, 3 May 2006 (BST)
