The T-64 main battle tank looks very similar to the T72 that followed it. The design was intended to provide Soviet forces with a new type of tank to field in numbers.
The T-64 would go on to be replaced by the more successful T72 in all these roles including that of the Red Army's frontline main battle tank.
Rumour has it that thanks to the glorious Motherlands design bureau, the T-64 required to be driven by a left handed dwarf. They should be thankful he didn't need to be a Gwar as well!
Further rumour has it that a Molotov Cocktail tossed carelessly onto the engine decking would ignite leaking oil. This would in turn trigger the internal fire extinguishers that were poisonous causing the crew to bail faster than a chav heading down to the Post Office to cash his giro.
