Notable chiefly for the docks, wherefrom sail Britannia ferries to Santander (beloved port and drinking centre of football hoolies en route to ETA-land and points Spanish) and where you can get a juicy dose for £20 or a rock of crack. Cheaper than trying to pull in Union Street.
