Shrapnel

Jump to: navigation, search

Shrapnel is commonly used as a term for any shell, hand grenade or landmine fragments, although as any Gunner will tell you (until you are so bored you'll eat your own arrse), shrapnel only really should be used when describing the musket balls contained within Captain Harry Shrapnel's Patent Shell.

Also a slang term for a pocketful of loose change.

Quality Street time, everyone gets a little bit!
