SA-7 Grail Surface-to-Air Missile

The smallest of the Soviet SAMs, the Grail is a shoulder-launched system. A poor 'relation' to the much superior US-manufactured Stinger, the SA-7 has recently been upgraded. The first generation models were largely incapable of downing anything other than low flying helicopters and pigeons, and the acquisition system used to eat batteries like there was no tomorrow. Now? I wouldn't like to find out.
