Rod Scott

Rod Scott, a former Paratrooper who was reported to have been harassing his neighbours by playing Luciano Pavarotti music loud, poisoning trees with diesel, throwing a dead rat in the path and most notably a watchtower with a camouflaged "snipers hide" to spy from. Earlier on in March of 2009, Rod Scott claimed to have been attacked by his neighbour brandishing a plastic glow-in-the-dark pirate sword and using a "Cobra Strike" to protect himself.

Rod Scott has served 38 years in the Army and claimed in court he was in "Special Forces".
