A Northern component of the Soviet Navy, once the maritime equivalent of the Red Menace.

Now sadly depleted since the fall of communism and the demise of the Soviet Union. After the Russian equivalent of Options for Change the once mighty Red Banner Fleet has been reduced to three 'flat top' trawlers, six 'fast attack' rowing boats and two 'clandestine entry' surf boards, surrounded by the rusting Radioactive hulks of their former Sleek Grey Messengers of Death.
