Queen's Own Hussars

History
The Queen's Own Hussars was formed in 1958 by the amalgamation of 3rd (The King's Own) Hussars, and 7th Queen's Own Hussars. In 1993 it further amalgamated with the Queen's Royal Irish Hussars to form the Queen's Royal Hussars (The Queen's Own and Royal Irish).
