Picking Up The Brass

Possibly the first (and probably the last) book born partly of ARRSE. Written by Convoy Cock and The Rigger, it's a tale of Eddie Nugent - a Manchester wastrel who redeems himself by joining the British Army. He then fucks it up by joining the Royal Signals and makes it even worse by going to the AFC at Harrogate. However, all is well after he fails P Company and gets a dose in Raoul's Rose Garden.
Picking Up The Brass is notable for the mention of Deepio, possibly the only time this product has made it into literature. Part 2 is eagerly awaited.
