Persons Of No Tactical Importance

While usually intended to be derogatory, as a term of abuse PONTI at least grudgingly recognises that without "enablers" the steely eyed teeth arms would not get very far before running out of essentials like ammo, rations and porn. Thus while they may be of limited tactical importance, they are usually of considerable operational or even strategic importance.

This does not excuse them for being fat gits.
