PCCBC (Pre-Commissioning Course Briefing Course) is a rather long name for what is actually a two day event which those due to attend the CC at RMAS must attend. Consists of lots of briefings and very little else, although it is exceedingly useful.
Consists of:
- Computer Aptitude Test (Extremely easy)
- Modern Language Aptitude Test (Not so easy! But will not affect you in any way at RMAS)
- A PFT. Very basic assessment of personal fitness levels and, again, not something that you should be worrying about.
- Numerous briefs from Officers, current OCdts, and others.
- Issue of Boots and 5x pairs of socks. Very useful!
All in all, it's a good way to see Sandhurst prior to arriving for the CC.
Advice: WEAR IN YOUR BOOTS PRIOR TO THE CC!
