You can tell it was a Spamplan as they go for names like DELIBERATE FORCE and DESERT SHIELD, unlike the plucky Brits who use meaningless names. That's what operational names are about. make them meaningless so no intelligence value is given away.

In 1995, the situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina was deteriorating, with the Bosnian Serb Army] engaged in attacking civilian targets of other ethnic groups.


Reviving a plan from the Vietnam era, NATO agreed to bomb them them back to the Stone Age.
