Military Aid to the Civil Community.
A subset of MACA.
There are three main categories:
- Category A Assistance in an emergency such as a natural disaster or major accident
- Category B Routine assistance for special projects or events
- Category C Attachment of individuals for social services
An example of Category A would be Op Giraffe , the generic Operation name for UK Ops flooding assistance.
