Joint CBRN Regiment

Formed in 1999, the Joint CBRN Regiment is based at RAF Honington, Suffolk and consists of more than half of 1 RTR. 27 Squadron RAF Regiment have now left the unit and reverted back to airfield defence.
The unit's title has since been changed to reflect the acronym malaise that abounds and is now the Joint CBRN Regiment... until someone has another great idea and decides to call it something else.
