Situated on the East side of London within the London Borough of Redbridge.

The TA Centre is built on land once owned by General Gordon, who was famous for his death at the hands of Sudanese rebels led by Muhammad Ahmad al-Mahdi at the siege of Khartoum. The irony now being that the TA Centre is nowadays virtually under siege from the hordes of foreigners that inhabit Ilford.

The TA centre is home to 36 (Eastern) Signal Regiment, Royal Signals (Volunteers) who are currently being FAS'd and B Troop, 240 Transport Squadron RLC(V).

Dinosaurs and may be found (and pulled) at the club known as the "Room at the Top" but more commonly known as "Jurassic Park".
