How to rename (move) a page

Pretty simple stuff really.
Use the "move" tab at the tp of the page.
About half way down is a box where you fill in what you want the page renamed as, and a space for a commentary if you want to explain why.
Why use "move" instead of making a new page and pasting the text?
If you use "move", then new Links and redirects are automatically created, so it all still works.
