Gunner Rugby League
The Gunner Rugby League team is the official Rugby League team of the Royal Artillery. Home matches are played at Larkhill.

30 Jan - Gunner Trials - Larkhill.
5 March - RA v Dudley Hill - Parry Lane, Bradford.
19 March (TBC) - RA Unit 9 a Side tournament - Larkhill.
2 April - RA v RE - Chatham.
23 April - RA v REME - Larkhill.
21 May - RA v RLC - Larkhill.
8 June - Gunner v Sappers Match - Odsal, Bradford before Bulls v Catalan Dragons match.
History
Since its recognition as an official army sport several Gunner regiments have played rugby league; most notably 7 Para RHA and 47 Regt RA. The Gunners first formally entered the Army Rugby League Lawson Cup in 2006. In 2007 they came third after a demanding play off against the RLC.
