English county, unpronounceable by yanks, famous for Fred West, master builder, Cheltenham which is a lovely little Spa town with a racecourse that attracts Pikeys each year, a former market town of Gloucester which is now Chav central, twinned with Hull, and a bloody odd accent - think Somerset with added mongness.
A halfway decent rugby team, usually beaten by Bath which upsets the shed dwellers no end, and the whole county becomes a public swimming pool every few years when the floods come, causing literally tens of pounds worth of damage.
