Floppy
- Opinions differ, but most likely originates from "Fucking Lazy Overseas Person". A less than effective military machine normally of Caribbean or Arabic descent. AKA non-swimmer.
- Another variant of the above, and now widely accepted at RMAS, is that it is actually spelt FLOPPE, and stands for "Fucking Lazy Overseas Person: Potential Enemy."
- Also a less than flattering description of a Gazelle helicopter.
- Can be used to describe a person who may become a target...as once shot the target goes all floppy.
