Duty Dog

Duty dog is anybody on duty with responsibilities dictated by a person in authority.

Duty Dog can be orderly officer, orderly sergeant, Guard Commander etc. but is not applied to a member of the guard or Fire Piquet.

In these days of UK Military cut backs ... may actually be a Furry Crocodile!
