A member of the dental team, a professional toothbrush.
Usually a Dental Support Specialist who didn't get up the duff by a boy from the RLC by the time she was 19.
Hygienists traditionally were the holy grail of the Technicians as they could work 3 days a week as a civvy and still earn more then a sergeant technician hence they were a target of all the lazier technicians.
