Direct Current Charging Unit

This is a bit of kit, similar to an ACCU that allows you to charge the standard Clansman manpack radio battery from an FFRs radio batteries. It has little lights to tell you when the battery is charging and when it is charged.

It is mainly used to charge manpack batteries in the field, but can also be used by poor units that have small cramped vehicles, to make their manpack radios into vehicular radios. These poor units can even connect their vehicular-manpacks to a Vehicle Harness, via the IBHA, to give them the same facilities the big tanks have. This makes them feel more loved, less of the poor cousin and encourages team spirit.
