n. The act or process of consulting (see Focus Group) or of using a consultant [spit].

Consult

v. A conflation of two words: "Con" and "Insult". Self-explanatory.

Consultant

n. Someone who borrows your watch, then charges you to tell you the time. A jaw-droppingly expensive waste of money; less fashionable in industry than a decade ago, but still going strong in Government.
