Someone who has never seen military combat. Probably about 99.9% of the population.
Combat here includes:
- peacekeeping where the feckers dont want to be peaceful.
- proper military operations ie Falklands, Iraq war, Suez, Korea etc
- Sneaky beaky missions with THEM
Combat does not include:
- Down the Sticky Carpet on a saturday night
- A chav bitchslapping rumble
- Trying to get tickets for Madonna or U2
- Airsoft or paintball
