Cafe La Infanta
Dark, cool, friendly, bang in the middle of Valencia (El Carmen), and some very very good looking bar maids. Frequented by some ARRSE members when in that part of the world.
Copied from worldsbestbars.com. The spiel is 95% bullshit (5%: there are some bricks and some students) and I can't beleive that whoever wrote it has been there, but I thought I'd include it anyway:
Cafe Infanta Plaza Tossal 3 Old Quarter Valencia, 46001 Telephone: 00 34 963921235
Eclectic bar in the old town that's half-part drinking den, half-part auction house, full part fantasy. Your fellow boozers are politicians and posers, gays and straights, students and celebs, all drawn to the decadence of the drinks and the bare brick decor. Specialities include the Cafe Infanta vodka-based cocktail, and whisky and gin mixes. Music ranges from jazz to opera and disco to salsa and you should visit on Wednesdays when an auction of antiques begins after midnight. Bizarre but beautiful.
