An absolute hulk of a plane, the Boeing C-17 Globemaster is the RAF's shiniest new heavy-lift plane, having bought a couple off the Septics. It varies with the types of cargo it can carry, including over 100 fully-armed troops and paratroopers, 36 medical stretchers and nearly 171,000 pounds of cargo. The cargo hold is able to carry most all of the military's air-portable weapon and vehicle systems.
Sadly, the C-17 is used to bring home the wounded and deceased British soldiers.
