Burlington

Britain's Cold War underground city. Built 120ft below RAF Rudloe Manor operational from the 1940s to the 1960s, it was abandoned in the 1980s.

Certainly an improvement on the old Morrison Shelter, you can definitely see that a Civil Servant got exited at the idea of covering a Anderson Shelter with earth.
