Border Regiment

Formerly, the county regiment for Westmorland and Cumberland. Amalgamated with the King's Own Royal Regiment (Lancaster)to form the King's Own Royal Border Regiment in 1959.

It's current incarnation is the Duke of Lancaster's Regiment (Kings, Lancashire & Border).
