Contrary to popular belief, not a hilarious joke or a whimsical tale imparted at a society function, but rather a rubber coloured ball (mostly red) often see being sported by MDN and 3 Para Mortar Platoon.
The idea is that the gagging efect of being... er... gagged with the ball, somehow restricts the respiratory process and heightens sexual pleasure... allegedly.
The same effect can be achieved by wearing an S10 with the filter aperture taped up (with Harry Black) and two pieces of steak warmed up in the microwave for a minute or two... probably.
