Inhabitants of Argentina. Likely to be a bit thick as many of them think they own the Falkland Islands (what they refer to as Las Malvinas), sank the whole Royal Navy, shot down the whole RAF and slaughtered the entire Para/Gurkha/Marine ground force during the 1982 dust up over the Falklands.
They bitterly complain that the UK cheated during said 1982 dust up over the Falklands by sending professionals when they only sent conscripts.
Argies are hot-headed and easily lead - especially by firebrand politicos who consistently resurrect the Malvinas as an issue, usually to cover up their inept and corrupt government. As a result we hear rumblings of Falklands II every 18 months or so.
The birds are well fit though.

Argentina was a bolt hole (allegedly) of some high and not so high ranking Nazis after things went a bit pear shaped in 1945. As a result there may well be some Argentinians who have an odd tendency to click their heels together when saluting and sport small moustaches limited to just under noses (although where else would you have a moustache?)... assuming cloning does work!
