Anglo-Saxons

A bastard race who were in possession of England when the Normans wandered over the English Channel and took over.

The Angles and the Saxons were 2 different Germanic peoples who at various times (after 449ad) migrated to England and, finding no border controls (no change there then), decided to stay.

The indigenous peoples ended up getting pushed into Cornwall, Wales and Cumbria.

Got humped by William the Bastard (latter called the Conqueror) and his Normans invaders in 1066 who over the next 30+ years replaced the existing nobility.
