Corrugated iron thingie issued to civvies by the British government during WW2, Not much use today since Nukes/MIRV Warheads have been invented.

However a cunning Civil Servant who got his rocks off at the idea of covering a Anderson Shelter with earth came up with the marvellous idea of Burlington.
