Ammo: Ammunition.
Ammunition is of course what is fired from weapons. Can range from the humble .22 rifle bullet, to the mighty .50 calibre belts used to feed the .50 browning.
This is the least likely item to be delivered to squaddies in the field ... probably due to MoD ideas about 'Just In Time' deliveries.
