Will normally be found accommodated in the 5 star hotel near the airport (so he can be summoned when on duty) although their presence is felt in theatre too. It is rumoured that a six-month exile to BAS or KAH is the penalty for any ATLO who correctly briefs the self-loading freight on the reasons for a flight delay.
