An elite group of warriors who comfortably straddle the gulf between the hi-tech cockpit of Top Gun and the honourable slit trench of Platoon. They bring a much needed touch of panache to the otherwise pedestrian world of the RLC, whilst at the same time reminding the RAF that you don't have to be flabby and gay to run around in the back of a C130.
