Issued with the Cormorant wide area communications system. Sister regiment to 30 Signal Regiment.
Outstanding sporting prowess, with recent rugby union successes in early 2005.
2 Signal Regiment also won the Army Cup for shooting in 05, with a large number of (mainly Gurkha) Army 100s in the team.
