2IC

A section's second in command. Usually a Lance Corporal the 2IC commands delta fire team and takes over the section when the 1IC cops it. If that happens you're f***ed anyway because you'll will be really low on morale and (most of the time) will end up running around like a headless chicken waiting to be shot.
