1st Battalion Royal Green Jackets was an infantry battalion of the British army active from 1966-2007. The Battalion was formed from the amalgamation of 3 Regiments of the Green Jackets brigade. As of 2007 1st Battalion exists as 2nd Battalion The Rifles.
