Decade where virtually EVERYBODY was a fashion victim. Music however was godlike especially British music which took the Spams by storm.
The 80's started off on a good footing when the_matelot appeared (I wasn't born, I was drafted!) at the start of 1980. Let's face it, after I was born, nothing could be improved on that. Hence the reason why the 80's was shite. They broke the mold after I was born! <something to do with design flaws apparently>
